Your order that has not been accepted appear under "Order Pending" status of "My Sales" option in the left menu of the Kraftly Seller Panel. Please accept it within 48 hrs of receiving the order, or the order is cancelled by our systems. Once the order is "Accepted", you can schedule a pickup within the shipping limit (Eg: 2-3 days) which you had specified while you were adding the product. If you fail to generate a shipment by the last day (Eg: 3rd day), the order is automatically cancelled.

We suggest you to generate the shipment of your order only after packing your product so that the courier partners can pick it up from your given address within 24 hrs.
