When your package is with the courier company, the first check should be at the tracking page. You can check the status of your packages in shipping on My Sales > Track Shipments. Here, you can select the order you wish to track, and you shall be shown the current location of your package.
In a case that the last update of the package was 48 hours or more ago, you can raise this concern to our support team. Get in touch with them on email@example.com.
