There are few measures a seller needs to take care before raising any RTO/Return dispute:

  • The outer packaging of the product is intact and in its original form. 
  • If a seller receives the shipment with damaged/tampered outer packaging, he needs to mention it over the POD. 
  • If the courier person refuses to mention the remark over the POD, the seller can refuse to accept the shipment and raise the concern with the Kraftly Help Desk.
